We are delighted to announce that Malcolm Pallister, Special Projects Manager at Romag has recently achieved his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Lean Six Sigma is a set of principles, methods, tools and techniques for process improvement in all forms of work and business, and Malcolm will be working closely with our training and development teams to implement the many benefits that this can bring to Romag. This includes improvement projects as well as training sessions to ensure that quality is embedded in our culture.  
On achieving the award, Malcom said ‘Through fact based continuous improvement, and implementing both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies I believe that Romag can significantly improve both its quality and efficiency, and most of all customer satisfaction. I have already started work towards the black belt award and look forward to seeing the results within the business.’
 
Harry Moore, MD, said ‘As a business we are passionate about training and development for our employees. Malcolm has done very well in his achievements so far, and we look forward to the positive changes it will bring to the business.’
